Rose Brookman is a spirits expert and judge, educating amateurs interested in both spirits and cocktails. Rose also runs her own business, The Mixing Class, educating the hospitality sector in Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Spirit Qualifications. She offers consultancy services and represents drinks brands, as well as working as a cocktail creation trainer. Her wealth of experience in the hospitality industry has given her knowledge and experience, but she felt it left her a bit lost on how to focus her personal brand from a professional point of view.
Rose wanted to have a series of photos to illustrate her bright and colourful personality to both her potential students and future employers, all set against the historical and bustling backgrounds of iconic South London. She also wanted the imagery created to show her two great loves, and the tools of her trade; cocktails and books!
